Riot/Civil Unrest

Riot and or Civil Unrest can come about with any disasters, the thing is how long it would last. After 24 hrs. of a lost of just power you may not fully feel it do to being prepared, but you family may start to wonder after waking up to still not seen thing get better in the neighborhood. After 48 hrs. you have your planes in place and you have gone over them with your family. I can't stress enough that you as the man of the house should not let your family see you sweat it at all. Remind them that this is what you have trained for and everyone has their job to do. enure them that the rest of the family, friends / group are all checking up on one anther. If power is not back or signs of it coming back on line, by the 5 day you should be ready to move out to a safer location. After 1 week trust me you don't want to be at home in the city or mid size town. Most people have 2 weeks of food in their homes, but without a generator and without power they may have only 4 to 5 day of food if that. Here is how I see it all going dad, on electrical power to the house also means no power to the gas station, grocery store, ATM's, or even the water plant and the gas Co. that heats your home anything along those lines. More dangers than a hungry man is a man with a hungry family, so you can see how quick thing can go bad. This is whey you need to safely remove you and your family from, you have prepped the best you could and now you have to the best you can with it and protect it along with your family. Safety in numbers is the way to go, have your circle of influence / friends all be on the same page and time line of knowing when it's time to go. What ever your planes put redundancy in place with them go over them with your family, friends / group that are like minded, build your circle of influence that you plane to survive a disaster like this or one on a lager Sale.
